Go Green is part of a global environmental initiative undertaken by members of the international ports and maritime community. This year Hutchison Port Holdings Limited (HPH) will be joined by APM Terminals, DP World, PSA International and Shanghai International Port (Group) for a global environmental initiative that tackles a variety of issues that include tree planning, the zero-waste challenge and extracting value from waste.
Last year, HPH and DP World participated with the theme “Recycling Begins & Ends With You”. This year’s global environmental initiative has the theme “Go Green” and will show that environmental renewal, waste minimisation and recycling are issues that the ports and maritime industry takes very seriously.
The Go Green campaign took place in the third week of September 2015.
