In response to the global CSR initiative GO GREEN, SITV joined forces with the local terminal operations of APM Terminals and PSA International as well as the city government’s Natural Resources and Environment Division for a cleaning activity, held at Nghinh Phong cliff. The site was chosen due to its isolated and difficult terrain, which would prevent the garbage from otherwise being removed. The 166 volunteers collected 2.5 tonnes of garbage from the beach located at the cliff, leaving it in pristine condition. The cleaning activity took place on 18 September.
